Conical
rosette supplies are here and available from stock
Over the
past couple of years we have experimented with lots of ways
to make conical rosettes, Polystyrene, drinking cup bottoms,
cast resin and shapes made on a wood lathe. They all work to
a certain extent, but all suffer from being very fiddley to
get the ribbon to stick on in straight tiers and look good.
Our design
comes in four parts, which are assembled easily using a little
hot melt glue. To get the best effect of the raised tiers, three
tiers are used.
A single
or two tier rosette can be made. To compensate for the angle
a 58mm centre board is used with the two tiers or 68mm with
the single tier.

The
plastic mouldings are light and when assembled leave a small
ridge which makes it easy to glue the tiers of ribbon on in
a straight line.
